Eleana Hotel

Room was very clean we got an update to the room with private swimming pool and we thank you for this , straight outside of our bedroom🙏 Staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcomed. The receptionist Anastasia helped us with the check in also we requested for an hour late check out due to the rain and she helped us with our request as well. The Restaurant manager Andreea is very professional and friendly also the staff at the bar I remember few names Anca, Iannick and Szymon also the rest of the staff all were very professional and friendly and also the lifeguard Vita. We were on all inclusive and breakfast lunch and dinner had a lot of variety of food and different every day. We are definitely going back to Eleana Hotel and I highly recommend it.

The pool was really nice and the sunbeds in the pool were very comfortable and convenient. Very good prices for cocktails and food. The staff was pleasant and happy to help. The location was very good as there were many cafes,restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance.

The hotel was brilliant. The location is in the center of Agia Napa, so basically easy access to everything and everywhere. Reach breakfast. The facilities are also many and the staff was also very polite, always smiling and very very helpful. The room was also very clean. Highly recommended!
